The following information is mandatory to submit an application for the Wesley College Old Boys’ Union Life Membership. Before proceeding ahead and filling the form, ensure you have all the required information to furnish.

1.  You will be required to provide the period you were studying at Wesley College along with your Admission Number.
2.  Life membership fee are as follows
   • Within 3 years from leaving school Rs.3,000/- (last examination result sheet or leaving certificate to be furnished)
   • Others Rs.5,000/- (Proof of being a student at Wesley College need to be furnished)

   Commercial Bank Maradana Branch
   Wesley College Old boys Union

   (Please mention your Full Name and Phone Number in the Deposit Reference.)

   You will be required to upload the transaction receipt when submitting the application.

3. The proposer and the seconder should be members of the OBU. You will be required to furnish the names and membership numbers of the proposer and seconder.
